Brand new device not working, still after 2 weeks

I have purchased a Vantec NST-D400SU3 NexStar Dual Bay HDD docking station from Rebel Tech on Wednesday 15 May, 2013. I received the device on Friday 17 May, 2013 and as soon as I got home I tried using my brand new device. But to my utter disappointment some features of the device simply did not work. For instance when I connect the device to my computer via eSATA connection only the front slot of my dual bay hard drive dock would work. I have tested this on both of my computers and both indicated the same SAD result. I then phoned Rebel Tech on Monday 20 May, 2013 with my complaint and I was told I can bring the device in for them to send away for testing. I have struggled since to get any feedback from them and not once did they contacted me back by any method after they have assured me they will do so. Today, Thursday 6 June, 2013 I was able to get my device back from them and I was told that they had found no issues whatsoever. Again as soon as I got home I still have the same issues and it is not working.

I am extremely upset for this is not acceptable at all!! Get this sorted out ASAP for I do not have time left to wait another 2 Weeks for the same result!!! :-(
