Of all the upgrades and transitions in the last 23 years in business, this was probably the worst experience.

I was really happy, and to the point of being impressed with the version of QB Pro 2005 we used until last year around August, at which stage we upgraded our PC's and subsequently moved to Windows 7, just to be informed that our version would not run on Windows 7, and that activation is no longer available.

This lead to the most dreadful day of my life - the day I bought QB Pro 2012.

Unfortunately I am not given enough space to describe this horrible experience, not to mention the arrogance of the call center personnel, who acts like I have switched on a PC for the first time in my life, and then argue that although I SENT AN INVOICE BY MAIL on this PC with WINDOWS 8 last week, and now it wont - that it cant be done, and I must by version 2013 - and I just upgraded 6 months ago -

Needless to say I have started looking around and guess what - solutions that work, and at an affordable price.

Thought of buying accounting software - save yourself a lot of headaches and frustration - and don't fall for their trap of buying an upgrade to solve their proble
