I recently made a purchase from Sybaritic, upon receiving the item purchased, I discovered I made an error, and that the product did not have, what I needed so, I called Sybaritic and the service I received was extremely friendly, and within minutes I had received emails confirming that a courier will come and retrieve the purchase and ill be credited the amount of the purchase fully on the sybaritic site, so I can purchase the correct product.

All in all, the service that I received was very much perfect and professional.
