I Purchased a Acer TimeLine U Aspire notebook which is still in warranty till July. The design of this unit is
problamatic. The Usb and Hdmi ports are very flimsy, situated in the back of the unit they seem to move. The whole main-board moves with the cables plugged in. I question how long will these ports last with this design? This is supposed to be the more expensive Business range, yet the design is questionable. Please can someone contact me from your callcenter and suggest what can be done? When these ports snap off, Who will take responsibility for the damage as this is a design fault and not a user fault.
