I had a Freecom hard drive issue. When contacting them they put me in touch with Larry Mabotha of Verbatim located in Woodmead, South Africa. I was asked by Larry to bring in my current hard drive and he would check it for me. After this we discovered that I needed a new one, so he copied all the info off of my old one and allowed me to return my broken one to Makro. I received a new hard drive and he put all the info back on it. Through out this whole time he was in consistent contact with me and went beyond what he was called to. The service he gave me was outstanding and has defiantly sold me on Verbatim. Larry's attitude and nature in this day and age are rare.
Again I was blown over by the service I received from Larry of Verbatim.
