This company is nothing short of a nightmare to deal with.

There is NO TELEPHONE number to call in the event of a problem. You can only contact them via e-mail and the owner, Tony Daykin, may or may not reply.

Had I know that they cannot be contacted via phone, I would never have done business with them.

There are some positive reviews about this company being easy to deal with etc. My guess is that if your order goes smoothly, you will get the items you ordered. However, if there is any problem with your order, you WILL have problems and you will not be able to do anything about it.

As part of my order, HE recommended a particular type of data card.
These turned out to be incompatible with the cameras I'd ordered.
Several e-mails later (receiving very short and curt replies, which managed to leave my questions completely unanswered) I was so frustrated that I didn't know what to do.
I only wanted to know if I could return the SD cards for a refund, as he had recommened the wrong product.

No further replies were received.

Bottom line: I'm now stuck with seven expensive and useless (to me) data cards, that I do not want or need.

This guy is nothing short of an ahole!
