I Bought a pair of black pants at Pick and Pay Clothing on special a while ago and after the second time wearing it, it perished along the seem at the back. I took it back with the slip and they told me sorry they can't replace it because it was bought on special. SO WHAT DOES THAT MEEN IT CAN PERISH AFTER 2 TIMES WORN!!??
Oky so they gave me the R50.00 (or whatever the amount was) off my new pair of pants I had to buy otherwise I walk out naked.
After 8 times or so of wearing the new pants it perish again. The rest off the pants looks brand new, no discoloration or anything so you can see it hasn't been wear much. I took it back to the same branch and manager and she remembered me from the previous time. Explained to her that I think it's unacceptable and that this pants quality clearly isn't up to standard. She made a call to head office and just told me she can't do anything without a slip. As I kept explaining how upset I was she just went on talking to the staff and ignored me. NO "SORRY MAM" or "LET ME SEE WHAT I CAN DO"??!?!
What happened to customer service? So you can only were Pick And Pay's pant 2 to 10 times and then you have to buy new ones?
I am very very upset, as I don't have R200 to R300 for a new pair of pants every month or 6.
I at least expect a " We would look in to it." Or "Sorry for the inconvenience" NO NOTHING!! Just we can't do anything without a slip although she knew I bought them there and it's a Cherokee pair of pants!
I am VERY VERY unhappy!!
