Payment due not corresponding to invoice issued

Hi, I recently bought a comforter set from homechoice which I received along with an invoice. problem is that the amount which I'm being requested to pay by an SMS from the store does not correspond to the amount on the invoice, when I call their customer service they keep telling me about a service fee which is not even included on the invoice and was not communicated to me prior the purchase
