I order an item that was advertised on her instagram account and apon ordering she sent me terms of payment and delivery. I made payment on the 09th March 2016. The terms stated that once proof of payment has been received the customer shall wait 4-5 days for the diliver via the courier, which I paid up for.
Two weeks passed, no communication from the store. I then contacted the store regarding my order via Whatsapp (means of communicating with the seller). To my suprise, she asked what did I order well I told her and got no response after that despite sending her whatsapp messages everyday. On the third week she replied asking for my delivery address, I told her she has failed to honour the terms of the contract (which is delivery within 4-5 days and did not make an effort to explain the reason for the delay despite calling and texting her countless times) and therefore I request a refund.
It's been exactly 5 weeks she has not reimbursed me. Please name and shame bad customer service. Selling and buying via Facebook and instagram is growing rapidly, it cannot be stopped buy people like Tsholofelo who are heartless.
