Bought a brand new Kia Rio 1 year ago, i have been without it for 6 weeks, no communication or updates provided even after numerous complaints, after 3 weeks i receive my car back with the same issue still there along with the added extra of central locking issues.
Vehicle is back there, nearing the end of 3 more weeks, 1 issue sorted, however that has created a new issue, central locking issue they caused, not been looked at, parts not ordered even after correspondence that the issue had been resolved and parts on order.
On querying the delay, the technician assigned to get me car back ASAP, was just busy with the vehicles booked in in the morning, and once done there, he would continue to look at my car.
So my car that has been there for 6 weeks can wait whilst they make quick, easy money on servicing other vehicles.

It doesn't seem like much, but constantly phoning and being told all is well and all will be sorted and then being told the complete opposite the next day, never knowing when you will get your vehicle and not ever feeling like you are a valued customer, it has made my mind up that i will never purchase a Kia or a Renault ever again.
