In January 2013, my wife bought a Huyndai Getz from Auto Pedigree Pretoria North. The salesperson was Mr John Bodibe. Before delivery I went to see the car and was not with the sparewheel that had bursted and was damaged. The salesperson took it out to Supa Quick to be repaired. I must say, "I saw the damaged sparewheel, the rim was new, the tyre even though it was damaged, it was new. Mr Bodibe drove me back home after the sparewheel was removed from the car with the promise that the wheel will be fixed. My wife collected the car the same afternoon and she was told the sparewheel was fixed. Since we had this car, it never had a puncture or had to change and wheel or tyre. To my surprise, on Saturday, 27 April 2013 whilst look for a jack to check the shock absorbers, I learnt that the rim and the tyre Mr Bodibe gave my wife was an old rim with an old tyre and not even balanced. I was shocked and visited Auto Pedigree the first thing Monday, 29 April 2013 and was taken from pillar to post by Mr Bodibe until I reported this matter to the Manager who is not willing to replace the old wheel which I am dead sure, does not belong to the car. All I want is the sparewheel replaced.
