I would just like to say that never have I ever experienced the lack of service that I have with Big Boy Scooters in Pta East Silverlakes. In November last year ordered parts from them, was told that i need to pay the full amount before they order parts from the supplier. Since then i have been battling to get the parts from them and their customer service lacks in all aspects, i have been told that the owner will phone my husband over 2 weeks ago and still no one has phoned me or my husband. On the quotation it states that one will wait 3-8 weeks for parts on back order, well i have been waiting since November 2012, that is now a total of 5 months!!! Now i am having a battle to get a refund from them. They told me i need to pay a 20% admin fee, never did i receive a final invoice where apparently these conditions are stated. So now they are not even contacting me via email anymore either.
