I bought 4 new tyres from the dealer Mintys tyres and wheels in vereenging in 2012, 2 of the tyres treads separated, they waited months for Good Year to pick up the tyres. After months and discounts on tyres i bought another 2 Good Year tyres and started to do the same again no response from Good Year, And because of the damaged tyres wheel bearings were damaged and i had to replace them on my own costs. For a big company like Good Year i expected better service and quality, hope you read this mail and give a positive response as iv been waiting for 4 months now.
