Shocking service from day 1

From day one, this vehicle has been nothing but problems, shocking service, very un professional service, and a deal i never wavnnt ever again, i was caught by Hyundai Centurion sales team, plenty of promises and all were and promises which i had to fight for, R20000 pay back had to ask until paid back, wrong tracking device installed, i had to accept it, date of delivery first time the vehicle had no carpets, spare key or the requested tow bar was not fitted, at 5 pm you can collect your car, i arrived none of the above was ready. i had to take the vehicle back the second day to get the vehicle completed with all accesories. seconday my financial contract had to be re-done. on my first service i reported i request the steering wheel to be replaced nothing was done or followed up by the service department at centurio as the steering wheel was peeling. two weeks later i had to follow up and make an appointment to replace the steering wheel, brakes binding, fog lamp left not working and engine has used 4 pints of oil since 15000 km service which is now on 17912km and to put the cherry on the cake i was never informed that there would be a new Santafe available, new shape
