Poor Service and Inconvenience to the Customers

I was at the Shell garage at Midrand (New Road) on the 24/04/2013, as i was driving to the pump i was told by the Attendant that i should turn my car so that it can face shop and management/tellers are in full view of the transactions, the Attendant told me that this was to help Management in cases of customer complaints, i asked him to call the Manager and he came told me that this implemented to minimise traffic congestion for people entering and exiting the station, contrasting reasons from both.

This is an inconvenience to customers and if an accident arise from this "turning" around, Shell or the petrol station won't take responsibility.

It's a waste of our time also and i feel the reasons supplied are pathetic, if they want to check on their employees, they have or can install cameras for that.
