Had R50 left on my card, requested R50 unleaded petrol. Attendant confirmed R50, and asked if he could check my tires, I declined. The attendant started filling up my car, while chatting to the other 2 attendants playing on their cellphone, while the forth washed my windscreen. After my card declined I checked on the pump to see that he has filled up my car with R100 petrol. I explained that I was not happy, cause now I had to transfer money from my other account, to pay for a product that I did not ask for. I was immediately given a bad attitude and the attendant told me that I was lying and in his own language told his colleges that my card has declined and that is the reason I am claiming that I did not ask for R100 petrol. I requested to speak to a manager, but after waiting for 10min I went in to speak to a manager who was not even aware of the situation. After explaining what happened, the manager asked me when I could pay the other R50, as I have received the benefit of the product. He did not apologize, or try to understand. He did not ask the attendant to stop bad mouthing me, or to change his attitude. I ended up paying the R100 and left without an apology from either.
