Poor Service from Audi Centre Tavco

I have delivered my Seat Leon Cupra this morning for its 60 000 km service. I received a call from Services at exactly 15:50 on my cell phone that someone will be ready to collect me at 16:30 and that they still working on my car. Obviously concerned that my car has been there all day, and they still working on the car, I was assured the car would be ready. The issue at hand is that my battery now is dead, they ran tests which indicated the battery is dead and needs to be replaced. They tried to start the car and it was dead. When charging it, the car started. They then explained they they cannot replace the battery as it an electronic part. I was also recommended the "pirate part battery", to which I once again objected. Surely, as a Seat approved dealership they don't offer your clients second grade parts. I had to pay R1800 1 hours labour at R512.00 for a part that they acknowledge never gave issues till they got it their workshop. They have now lost a Audi customer over a R2000 battery. *clever*
