Refund still not paid

I hired a car from the 22nd march, returned it on the 10th April, when i took the car i was
told that my refund will b cleared in my account within 72hours of returning the car.

It's been more than a week already and I'm still waiting for my money, i called last friday and spoke to a gentleman who assured me that the refund was authorized on thursday and it should clear in my account monday, tuesday i called to follow up Monwabisi told me that my refund was only done that morning because they wait for other people to return cars and do refunds in batches, now this was not explained to me in the beginning, today my money is still not in my account, i spoke to Shafiek this morning who told me that my refund is only gonna b done today.

I'm highly irate and i want to know where is my money, and pls don't tell me about batches because when i took the car it was not in batches, every time i call I'm told me ' sorry mam we busy with your refund ' now im sick of waiting, i want my money and i want it now...
