I drive a C300 Mercedes 2010 model. About 3 months ago the car started having trouble starting up. I took it to Maritime motors in P.e twice for this problem. According to the service consultant the battery was not fully charged the first time and the second time they fixed a whole list of things that had nothing to do with starting the car, THIS WAS DONE UNDER WARRANTY. Now the 3rd time, once again at Maritime motors the car is standing since 2 April 2013, waiting for a new ignition and steering lock this time, the same consultant assured me that it would take 2 to 3 weeks to get fixed. Up to now I did not receive one single call or sms to let me know whats happening. This morning I called the same lady again only to find that they dont even know if the parts have left Germany or not, "so please sir just be patient... her reply was - we are doing all we can. This is the last Mercedes I will ever own, and most definitely the last time I will ever take anything to Maritime motors... pathetically bad service, shame on you Maritime motors. (worst of all she tried to make me feel better by assuring me that I am not the only one waiting for my car for over three weeks now)
