After struggling to get hold of a consultant for over two weeks and over 70 calls made, i spoke to a agent - i advised her that i needed to change my delivery adress as i was obviously not receiving my pacels, she requested and email with my ID and new adress which i sent - the next day i called and she advised that she had forgotten to do this but she would do it now and also request all parcels to be delivered the next day to the new adress, today i called again and one parcel was sent out to the incorrect adress again and the other two are " in the cage". i have emailed her the documents as [Email Removed]
Can someone please help me.
