My car window shattered and needed to be replaced.
My claim was approved and info given to PG (Tuesday). After a few hours PG head office phoned me to ask which branch is nearest to me, I said Centurion, and they replied that someone from Centurion PG will phone me shortly.
I HAD TO PHONE THEM the next day to make an appointment (Wednesday). After I made the appointment I took my car in the next day only to find out they had ordered the wrong window for my car (Thursday). They said they will phone me to set a new date.
It is a week later (Wednesday) and I still haven't heard from them.
I advise anyone to stay away from PG Centurion as they have no service and are completely unprofessional!
