BROKEN FIAT 500 - FIAT WASTES OUR TIME FOR MONTHS

The brand new fiat 500's electric cables running to the boot had chaffed and broken. For a car that is barely 6 months old, this is unacceptable. Fiat Edenvale did a quick fix with insulation tape. I was not happy about this at all. Fiat Edenvale messed me around for a long while and eventually informed me that they cannot help anymore because they are no longer apart of the fiat group. So I went to Fiat in Boksburg. They assessed my car and promised to fix it. A lot of time passed and they too messed me around and told me that they are so busy that they don't really have the time to fix the car. The lack of even getting back to me was evident of this. I called Fiat head office to complain. They promised to sort it out and book the car in for me. When I called back they said that they actually can't help me and that I must contact Arnold Chatz myself. I phoned and emailed Arnold Chatz to book the car in, they said I must email the correspondence to them. To date they haven't booked my car in and the simple cable problem hasn't been fixed. It's been about 8 months already. I just get nowhere with Fiat and don't know what to do anymore. I just want my car fixed!!!
