I bought a Jetta 5, TDI from Auto King Wynberg in December 2011.I am complaining only now 'cause I was made promises whole of 2011 by Auto King and their technician, Neil, in Milnerton. The car, 2nd hand, and was advertised with Aircon (I still have the original advert). I reported this to Colleen Berkinshaw, the [Email Removed] cell 0729885463, Autoking 0217616757.She put me in contact with Neil, the technician in Milnerton, cell 0837177480.Neil made a lot of promises. We arranged to meet about 18 times to inspect my car. A lot of these meetings were not met by Neil as either he was ill, or his staff was missing. This I still tolerated. I did complain to Colleen regarding this and have all the emails. Colleen commited in email and said that the aircon will be sorted. Neil informed that it was the aircon compressor. In October/November 2012 Neil said that the compressor will be replaced. I have given him supporting documents from Baron's Bellville confirming compressor prob. He asked my Motorite booklet. In January 2013.He informed me it is not the compressor anymore and he cannot fix it. I informed Colleen and she said I need to get it fixed at my own cost as they cannot help
