I lost my Citroen key. Citroen is out of warranty period. One was ordered from France by Citroen Montana. The problem was: I am staying in Brits and had to get my Citroen to Montana as the new key chip had to be paired. (Spare key was with handbag) After speaking to Timothy explaining my problem, he immediately got me a quote from Big D towing at a very reasonable price (I phoned around for quotes as well). I accepted and Timothy organized everything with Big D - time, date, circumstance, etc. and keep me fully informed at all times. On the date, Timothy phoned again to enquire about the progress on taking my car to Montana and later that afternoon again to enquire about the service from Big D towing. Thank you for excellent service Timothy.
