My nissan xtrail was towed into Nissan woodmead over 4 weeks ago. The first diagnosis was that the wiring on the car was faulty, a week later Brian said that the accelerator pedal was faulty and I was told that the part is not available in south african and has to be ordered from Japan with a 4 week shipping period. I then went to get a second hand pedal and they fitted it and said it doesnto work.
I then requested the right part number and I was given part number 18015AE000. I called the randburg branch to check if the part number exists but to my surprise that part number was not on their system and I have been given 3 other numbers which apparently are not suitable for my car
I escalated the issue to Henk, who is the manager At woodmead but I still didn't get joy
My car has been sitting at woodmead for over 4 weeks now without any solution
