Shocking Service

I took my car to Service at Barloworld GM centurion, but after few days of service i have noticed that the air conditioner is always on even though i didnt switch it on, I phoned in and spoke to the gentleman by the name of Kenneth who then arranged that i bring the car on the 4th April 2013, i went there round about 6h30am i was the forth person there,

Amanda was the one assisting me, round about 12pm i phoned to ask if there were done but i couldnt reach her and she promised to phone me back wich she did at 15h23 telling me that the car is ready.she will send a driver to collect me, i have waited for a driver until 17h40. When i got there i was so angry i just wanted a car because it was very late.i asked her if the issue is sorted and she told me that my Chevrolette Aveo was designed in a way that the aircon stays on, i was so shocked, i told her that when i brought it for service it was not like that, i could control it and she said she does not know how but that how my car was designed.

i checked out with the guy that drives the same car as mine and i am told that its not true.
