Terrible Customer Service&No Response from Hyundai

We took delivery of a brand new Hyundai Elantra on 19/03/13. 1st Hyundai was late made us wait 1h25 mins before the car was ready for collection.By this time we were late&had to leave. When we arrived home we noticed a bad scratch above the right rear tyre. Then later that evening we discovered that there are circular scratches all around the vehicle especially the bonnet. It was agreed we send the car to Hyundai on 25/03/2013 to have the scratches sorted out. The car was by Hyundai for 3 days. We only received the car on Wednesday afternoon. When we collected the vehicle the dealership as well as my husband noticed that the vehicle was filthy inside. Definately not the condition we sent the car into Hyundai. Hyundai did a quick clean. While waiting they noticed a scratch on the boot of the car. Hyundai has asked for us to send the car back to be polished yet again. I contacted Hyundai head office on 28/03/2013 and still have not yet received any correspondence regarding my new vehicle. Well it feels like an old one with all the scratches. The service is appalling from Hyundai Bedfordview. I need my vehicle to be sorted out or I want a new car or something.
