DESPICABLE AFTER SALES SERVICE

I am truly disappointed by the service i have received from Hyundai thus far. My i20 was less an a year old when it went in for it's 15000km service. I was told then that the gearbox was faulty and that this fell under the warranty and i needed to give the vehicle in for a week in order for the part to be identified, ordered and fitted.

I then gave my car in to the mobeni hyundai dealership and received a phone call from them that afternoon that there was no driver fault identified and the gearbox would be stripped and the part ordered that week. when i enuired about a courtesy vehicle, I was told that Hyundai does not offer any. I was then left disappointed and stranded with no means of getting to work.

It has now been 3 weeks since my i20 was given in for repairs with no communication from the dealership unless i call them myself. In addition no further information is given to me when i do enquire as to why the part is taking so long to arrive. The part has still not arrived from Korea and Hyundai cannot tell me when my car will be ready.

I am now left without a car despite paying for it and immensely angry and disappointed that i made the mistake of purchasing a Hyundai!
