I really hope this carries some weight. On the 5 March 2013 I applied to purchase a second hand vehicle from Steyns Auto, I have not yet seen the vehicle but the finance was already approved??
I Went to Steyns Auto the following Saturday to inspect the vehicle, I did see some damage on the vehicle.
The sales person offered to do the small repairs, but till today no car on my name. I went back the 28/03/2013, to sign the papers after being promised the vehicle is in 100% condition. I got there to be disappointed again. I received a vehicle which I can use until I receive my one. Its been a month now, and still no car. They are very eager to get the deal but extremely slow in repairs and delivery of vehicles. I understand its a second hand vehicle, but when you commit to repairs do it fast and neatly. Don't delay and still do a hopeless job. YOU GUYS WASTED A MONTH OF MY TIME, After I trusted you on service. NEVER AGAIN.
