Excellent service Gervase Nadioo and Willowcrest Motors. This is the 4th secondhand car that I'm buying and this is by far the best dealership that I have ever seen, and I have been to quite a few. From the moment that you walk into the dealership until I left with my new car, Gervase has helped and service has been outstanding. When you walk into dealership, the cars are clean and you can immediately see that better quality cars are sold at this dealership. Everytime I had a query, attention was given promptly and resolved with immediate effect. I had no transport to go and fetch my new car, as I'm living in Pretoria, and even there Gervase was quite helpful in trying to organise a way for them to accomodate me. In the end he picked me up not far from dealership and transported back to dealership to fetch my car. Really walking the extra mile! And the friendliest, most professional, efficient I, ve seen. I did appreciate the speed with which everything I requested was done, and also the checklist which Gervase did with me to check that everything was in order with the car before handing it to me.
