NO COMMUNICATION SKILLS

My insurance company did handle the claim, was handled professionally by the claim department and I was impressed with their level of professionalism. Thereafter my car was booked in by Technicolor (Bloemfontein) for repair, they promised to keep us up to date of the progress of our car. To my surprise nobody contacted us till the 20 March 2013 after I phoned the Insurance. Myhardt van der Merwe apologised for not contacting us and PROMISED to keep us up to date, with no success. I have left the matter for 2 weeks, didn't get any form of communication from nobody. I had to call them again, because no one bothered to call or to s.m.s as promised that someone will. I had to phone my insurance company today (28 Mar. 13) She was very helpful and professional. I find this very shocking given the fact that I know the legal and recovery process and procedures. I fail to understand why I need to call and still not get any form of feedback whatsoever. I just want to know who is going to pay for the rental car after the two weeks till 20 March 2013. Technicolor promised us we will get our car back on 20 March 2013, if not so they will call us, nobody called us we have to call them.
