After my overnight delivery parcel to Noupoort was flown to PE late, there was no way that the bus ticket for for my son on the same day was going to arrive on time for the departure. However after explaining the situation to Jan at the PE office, he drove to the bus station and gave the ticket to the bus driver to make sure that my child could catch the bus and arrive home safely. This really impressed me and Jan went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that the parcel containing the bus ticket was delivered successfully. I am eternally grateful and highly impressed!
