GM South Africa Just don't care

The intention of this letter is that I can inform as many people as possible not to support GM South Africa. I bought a 2012 Opel Astra 1.4T brand new from Fury Sandton. I paid the car cash. But after I took delivery of the car everything went south on the car. So after all these issues I took the car back and was still in the 7 day period where I can request my money back as per the South African Consumers Act. Sandton Fury and GM South Africa refuse to give me my money back and told me that the 7 day period only applies if the product was directly marketed to me. So it's been almost a year and the car has gone for its first service, mind you that the windows that was leaking air is still not fixed. When the car went for its service I told them to please fix the windows and look at the gearbox as it was starting to make a noise and difficult to get in gear. When I got the car back the window that is leaking air is worse and the gear box was never looked at. And they broke the door panel clips on the driver side door when looking at the windows and did not have the decency to replace them. I took the car back again; it's been over two weeks now and they still singing the same song.
