We booked furniture removal with this company for the 25th of Feb and received confirmation that the truck will arrive either on the 24th or 25th. The truck stopped at our house just before 10PM on the 26th with 200 cubic feet of space for all our furniture, but we paid for 608 cubic feet. So some of our stuff was left behind with a promise that the next truck will pick it up.
It's now been A MONTH and we still dont have all our furniture. I cant believe that in a months time there was no truck passing bloem to cape town.
Needless to say its totally hopeless to try and get a this company to refund you for the 408 cubic feet you paid for but did not get to use.
From what I've heard they are excellent at holding back your belongings when you owe them money. Well they are even better at ignoring customers who made full payment in advance. Trying to get information out of them just increases your phone bill. They are always busy, not in or will call you back ASAP.
This company is totally pathetic and has absolutely no service.
