I finally got my car back after more than a week, still with certain items not completed as originally quoted (and I had to wait a day and a half for a quote - meaning a day and a half my car just stood there without being attended to). They allegedly frantically tried to get hold of me on the Friday (when my car was supposed to be finished) just to tell me on the Monday I can't get it because they need to send it away. They had my e-mail address with my contact details on there, how frantically did they try to get hold of me? During this time I left several messages for the dealership manager to call me back, he never called me. I wanted an invoice before I went to pick up my car. Never received it - and again, I phoned at least 4 times in one day to get the invoice. Over this pass week-end I phoned with another querie twice, each time them promising to get someone to phone me back, I'm still waiting. When I phoned Peugeot SA this morning to give feedback to Peugeot SA about the bad service at Tygervalley, the agent asked me what do I want Peugeot to do??? I just told him to leave it. Jeez. Sorry I bothered you Peugeot Tygervalley. I won't again.
