After buying new Ford Fiesta in 2006, conscientiously servicing it, constantly checking oil and water, the engine siezed in 2011. It took the Ford dealer 3 months to get the car going again. When I got it back it came with an oil leak and problems with the water pump. Since then the whole electrical system had to be redone as well as the turbo needing to be replaced. It has cost me R48 000 in repairs so far and now the turbo has once again needs to be replaced.
This has been an extremely bad advertisement for you as everyone I know has sworn off Ford for life. I am horrified that you would release a product like this into circulation. Everytime something went wrong I kept the car thinking that nothing more could go wrong, but I was proved incorrect in my assumption. Please advise me what to do with this financial burden.
