Bad Customer service

On Friday I went to Ford Fury to buy some parts, the service was fine. On Sat I did not know their closing time, i arrived there around 12:25, the door was locked, the person who helped me the previous day was in there with the customer giving him parts and paying, the door was locked, by the look of things he came in also after 12:00. Two minutes later two gentlemen came who also wanted a service, we tried to get the attention of the sales person but he never bothered to look at us, but he could see that we want to buy parts. After he helped the other customer they came out and he locked the door, i tried to explain that i was there yesterday i need more parts he just said they are closed, we begged him but he was not interested. He went to his car and drove off. Some of the car sales person were baffled by the attitude even if they did not say anything. One of the guy just commented and said" we don't have the right skin", that's how i also felt because the guy he was helping was also white. This was a very bad customer service and bad attitude, rather employ a young person who will be flexible. I don't think I will ever buy parts from Randburg again after that treatment.
