Had my Golf 6 repaired at their workshop. Their workmanship is pathetic. Sent my car in on the 28-01-2013 and only completed the repairs on the vehicle on the 23-02-2013. Minor repairs, new windscreen and repair the side post. Took the vehicle over to them to complain on the 25-02-2013 and the workshop manager Rajesh advised that he will sort the so called "Mess Up" but need to give him 1 weeks in advance notice. So that's what i did but to date i have not got any feedback from Rajesh after leaving numerous messages with the receptionist. He just doesn't take my call.
I think that insurance companies should remove them from their panel as approved repairs
