I bought a car for cash for my wife and was promised by the salesman that it will be on 39 000 km and a 2011 Model. We approached this salesman because he is our relative and we didnt expect to be conned by him, The car is fine, though we are not happy about the kilometres, we went back to him to ask him to look for another car with low mileage and promised that he will get us a car, instead he arranged that i meet the regional manager, who told me that its our fault because we inspected and accepted the car with those kilometres and he cant find a car to replace that one, when i suggested to him that other Auto Pedigree branches have cars with low mileages, he suddenly became a website guru and said that websites arent updated regularly, i walked out because they werent prepared to help, as long as they have made a sale. Until today we havent received car registration papers, service history book, spare key, cigarette lighter, free service. Be careful of the regional manager, he is there for the comission on sales because even if u cancel a deal they still make money from all those cancellation charges they legitimise.
