Dead Battery / Bad Service / Awaiting Parts

Wifes Honda Jazz was booked in at Randburg DentDoctor Franchise.
Honda has apparently a front door bead on back order so vehicle was collected on Monday. Dent Doctor Informed us they would advise when the Beading arrives from HONDA SA and it will be ten minutes to install thats due in about 2 weeks.
I stalled the vehicle after collection and the battery wouldnt start the engine i had to push it in the road. This morning in our garage the vehicle would not start again. Here's my dilemma this battery is about a year old so what happened to it in the workshop? Was it exchanged with another battery? was it left to go flat? NONE of these problems are related to the ACCIDENT?

I do work in the Insurance Industry and am wondering if i should raise this problem with the various insurance companies to find out if Dentdoctor is on their Panel. Looking at the vehicle interior the quality of workmanship in putting it back together is shoddy and there are still two small dents on the rear wheel well. Where is the QUALITY ASSURANCE in the workshop. This is not acceptable to clients or the insurance industry.
