Inferior Workmanship

I was involved in an accident 3rd Aug 2012. As per my insurance I was told that Saturn Auto Body will assist with fixing up my vehicle and since collecting my vehicle around the end of Aug I have been a victim of absolute, inexcusable and unbelievably poor workmanship.

My 1st visit;
These issues were picked up by myself after the following work was completed and correct according to Saturn Auto Body
1 - Second-hand glass used on R/R Door.
2 - Rear bumper paint work with chips and cracked.
3 - Rear registration plate damaged.
4 - No work done on front bumper as per quote.
5 - Black side panel on r/r door had scratches.
When I had arrived at Saturn Auto I found Hennie to be quite rude and the above was not taken seriously.
The assessor had to come through and confirmed the following to be done...

My 2nd visit;
1 - To replace second hand glass - Broker was surprised that no1 from Saturn Auto Body had advised me that this was for the interim while awaiting for the new glass which was miraculously immediately available.
2 - To fix rear bumper issues.
3 - To replace rear registration plate.
4 - To do work on the front bumper was acknowledged as being a typo.
