I would like complain about Hyundai The Glen, South Africa. I will never buy another vehicle from them ever again. I have purchased (through my business), 5 Hyundai vehicles in the past 4 years and I have never experienced such poor service from a Hyundai dealership or for any other dealership for that matter!
The sales staff are not prepared to complete a sale (they have been back on 3 three occasions to get documents signed) which is a huge inconvenience because I am not at the office all the time so I have had to make time for their incompetence! Why can't they bring all the documents at once to be signed (as with every other non Hyundai dealership I have dealt with)
It's been 7 weeks and I still have not received my registration plates or license disc, the sales staff give lame excuses (my car broke down) but nothing is being done! Very ironic as we get charged an arm and a leg "on the road" fees.

I am left with a BUSINESS vehicle which is not legal to drive on South African roads! I will definitely think twice about buying another Hyundai vehicle again!
