I was looking for a vehicle online on BMW's website. There was one particular vehicle I was interrested in, which was unfortunately already sold. I received an email from mr Phillip Liebenberg who offered to help me find another vehicle that would fit my needs and meet my specific criteria. Mr Liebenberg kept me informed right throughout the process of finding a vehicle to delivery of the vehicle I chose. I did not have to follow up even once. He had the patience to answer all my one-question mails every day.
Mr Phillip Liebenberg is one out of the few out there who knows how to provide a service. I'm definetely going back to Zambesi auto.
