Wheel Alignment and Balancing was POOR!!!

I sent my car in to have my wheels aligned, rotated, balanced and to have Nitrogen pumped into my wheels.

When my I sent my car in, I had no problems with the wheels, when it was given back to me however, the car drifted to the left and my car would shake when i reached 100km/h and above.

I sent my car back to the store and they tried to fix the balancing. Although my car doesn't shake as much, it still shakes when i reach high speeds. They also told me that they couldn't fix the alignment on my wheels, an told me that i would have to pay if i wanted them to fix the problem.

I honestly can't understand why i would pay to have them fix a problem that they are responsible for.
