On collecting my car from TC Panel Beaters in Wynberg after nearly 2 months.
The battery was flat and they had to charge before I could leave, but said it should be fine by the time I got home, when I stopped at the shops close to home, the car would not start again, I called a friends to come and jump start the car after 30 minutes still no power going to the battery she called a mechanic friend who said the battery was totally dead and the only to move the car would be with a new battery so at 6:45 in the evening they took me to an after hours spare shop were I bought a new battery for just over a R1000.00. The next day I contacted TC and spoke to Jacqui who was going to speak to the manager and call me back 2 weeks later still waiting for the call. On Tuesday TC head office phoned me and asked about the service, repeated the problem and was again told I would be contacted and guess what still waiting. I even completed the insurance survey complaining about the service and they also said they would investigate and get back to me guess still waiting for Virgin Money's call. I have e-mailed and still no call and still out of pocket for over R1000.00
