On Tuesday (05/03/2013), I had a problem with my car. I called the dealership and spoke to Chris who confirmed that I could bring it in the following day (06/07/2013), which I did.
When i got in Chris attended to my car, did a quote and constantly updated me as to the progress.
I am happy to report that I have my car back and she is purring like a kitten.
Chris ensured that he explained exactly what the issue was and the steps taken to fix my car. Not only do I know what was wrong, I know exactly what was replaced (and I am mechanically challenged).
I'd like to Thank him for the GREAT service he provided and the genuine concern he showed when I initially came to the garage with my car!!
