Empty promises and bad after sales service

I purchased a Vehicle (Opel Meriva cdti 1.7, 2007 model for R90000 from 3Way Auto Tel: 0219395299) in July 2012.
I am still in position of a signed Quotation but not the official Contract or Agreement which they failed to give me.
The dealer sold the vehicle to me under false pretences. They said Wesbank cannot finance me on a vehicle
of my choice but only on the said vehicle As I was desperate to get a car after much debate I trusted them and agreed to take the car. Wesbank later confirmed that they financed me on the amount of money and not the vehicle.
As I was not happy with the sale the dealer said I must keep the vehicle for at least 3 months before they are able to refund me. The vehicle was taken back 4 times for repair work and has been at their premises for more than a month and is currently there because the car will not drive. It broke down in February this year. I called them and they said bring in the car for us to fix.
The following day the dealer called to say they will not fix the car and that I must collect it. My car is still with them.
3Way Auto have messed me around so many times. Their promises are empty yet they know that I need my car!
