PG Glass Allen's Nek - INCOMPETENT!!

I submitted a windscreen claim to my insurer on 18 October 2012 who referred me to PG Glass Allen's Nek. I received an SMS from PG confirming authorisation. I called and spoke to Dumisile who said I'd be contacted soon. On 26 October I phoned again and spoke to Felicity and Shawn who said I would be contacted soon. No calls, so on 2 November I phoned again and spoke to Kyle who said they would fit it on 5 Nov. Took the vehicle in, sat around for 3 hours and was then told the glass was not there. Took the vehicle back a couple of days later, sat around for 3 again and was then told the glass had been sent back to the supplier. Made another appointment, sat around again for 2-3 hours and was then told that the glass ordered didn't fit the vehicle. Spoke to the manager who swore that they would get the correct glass, collect the vehicle from my office, fit it and have it delivered again. This was now end November. Once again, no contact was made from Nov to March. Went there on 4 March, spoke to Felicity who assured me the glass would be there on 5 March. Took the car in this morning at 8, got a call at 11 saying they had ordered the wrong glass once again. Complete incompetence!!!
