Pathetic Service

On 2 August 2012, exactly 7 months ago I purchased a second hand Peugeot 308. As until today I have received no spare key. I have made numerous phone calls, sent numerous emails and even drove during my December holiday from Strand to Cape Townto demand some answers, but every time they are full of excuses and full of promises. My husband even phoned the dealer principal last year, also full of promises. I am tired of this pathetic service and it is unaccetable that they get away with this. I am tired of hearing "This will be sorted be sorted before the end of the week". The last time I heard that was almost 2 months ago. I undetstand Nissan took over in October, but I purchased this car from Peugeot and I demand that they resolve this issue.
