Horrible Customer Service

To Whom It May Concern

I have had the unpleasant experience of having to deal with the worst spares/service department I have come across.

I ordered Renegade parts from CMH Waterworld in Johannesburg on 17th of January. I was told parts will be here in 2 to 3 weeks. It is now the 1st of March and after numerous calls, messages and emails no one will either call me back or tell me when I will receive my parts. Every time I get the same story "there are some boxes in the back they haven't opened yet, they will check and call me back or the parts are there they can't find it or whatever " and nothing no call or reply to mails... If I knew the service was going to be so bad I would have ordered the parts from overseas myself.

I have paid for the parts in full to be delivered to me and if I do not receive my parts or any feedback I will go to the consumer board to take it further.
